We seek periodically and at a fast pace to develop our services and add new products of high quality in the pursuit of the satisfaction of our customers.

1-3 We have the right to provide, modify or cancel a Service at our sole discretion without any liability.

2-1 Maintain the privacy of your account and password and take responsibility for all activities that take place through our service.

2-3 In the event of reversing the request, the customer must abide by the date of canceling the request, which is 5 hours before the request is created, except that the request is considered binding.

3.1 Maintaining high quality products
3.2 Provide monetary compensation in cash or in the form of a coupon to be used later equal to what was paid on a product that was ordered but not received.

3-8 The customer has the right to cancel the order before it is delivered to the shipping company, and bear the fees for returning the amount, if any.
3-9 In the event that the order cannot be delivered due to the non-response or reversal of the purchase decision without reason, we have the right to reduce its priority in the service or to refrain from partially or completely.
3-10 We make several delivery companies available and we are committed to delivering customers’ orders as soon as possible to the delivery companies and providing the tracking number to the customer and the contact number with the concerned companies if required, and the only responsible for following up the shipment with the delivery companies is the customer alone.
3-11 We are not obligated to solve the problems and disputes between the customer and the shipping company, and the official reference separating them is the official authorities and the Communications and Information Technology Commission without us bearing any responsibility
3-12 Same day delivery may take from 5 hours to more than 16 hours
3-13 We seek to provide the necessary support for customer requests, but we do not bear any consequences resulting from the delay or loss of shipments due to providing us with wrong information by the customer or modifying it after the shipping process
3-14 Without prejudice to any of our rights or remedies, we may suspend, reduce or cancel the priority of the Service at our sole discretion, and refund any amounts paid and received by us on a canceled Product.
3-15 We have the right to cancel the service in the event of discovering a fraud attempt and refer to the official authorities.
3-16 By registering on the site, you agree to receive mail, text or call messages in which we inform you of some information that we think may be of interest to you in one way or another, or that may be of interest to you at the very least.
4-1 The customer has the right to request a replacement or return for any reason within seven days from the date of receiving the request, with the exception of care products.
4-2 When returning or exchanging, the product must be in its original condition and has not been opened, tampered with or poorly stored.
4-3 The customer bears all the costs of return or replacement if the reason is not a mistake from us.
5-1 We abide by and undertake to fully comply with the laws, rules and regulations applicable within the country “Kingdom of Saudi Arabia”.
5.2 In the event that any of the terms of this document is considered null, responsible inoperative or illegal by the authorities within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, this clause will be considered canceled while the remaining terms and conditions remain in effect.
5-3 Neither party shall be liable for damage, loss, or non-fulfillment as a result of actions beyond its control (such as acts of God, natural disasters, procedures issued by official authorities inside the country, or service problems such as electricity or communication cuts).
5-4 In case you have a problem or inquiry, you can contact us through the means of communication shown on the site.
5-5 When the customer chooses to pay by bank transfer, he must confirm the payment within a maximum period of two days (48 hours), otherwise the order is considered void and the goods are released to other customers.
5-6 Some of the images used on the site and the media have undergone some improvements to suit the purposes of publication, and this does not mean that they are compatible with reality.
5-7 By using our services, you agree to receive our offers and do not believe that it may be useful to you through any or all of the means of communication that you registered with us or communicated with us through it.
6-1 As of now we accept payment via cash on delivery. The customer will pay for the order when our logistics team delivers the item to them at their doorsteps.
